Self Awareness Exercise of the Day

Without thinking too long about it, answer the below question with the first thing that comes into your mind. Then take a moment to breathe deeply and/or meditate for a few minutes to relax yourself and calm your mind. After this, look back at answer and assess what this means for you. What can you learn about yourself from your answer? Self awareness is one step along the path to liberation from fears, guilt, and doubt.
