Gratitude 

The more we teach ourselves to be thankful for the things that we already have in our lives, we are able to find a stronger sense of inner peace and calm. Focus on what you already have and be thankful for it, instead of always focusing on what’s missing in your life. Then you will notice you have a lot of what you already need in your life, and this attitude will free up your energy and focus to actually get other things that you may want. That focus on needing or something missing in your life, only causes stress and inhibits you from happiness and abundance.
