A New Me

What do I say… how do I start this… well, life can throw you some curve balls sometimes. It’s an interesting process when you put your whole life into something, and then it’s gone. It can be anything. It can be a career, a relationship, a loved one dies, a hobby, some other life goal, and just about anything that you can put your everything into and focus on for more parts of a day than not. Something that you start to identify with. When someone asks you “Who are you?”, you’ll respond with this thing that you’ve put everything into. Being Kind or Right?

Many times humans don’t even realize the dilemma they are sometimes in. 15 Handy Meditation Tips

If you are a meditating person then your life must be on the up and up because you are just soooo spiritual and like awesome and like just the best like guru monk dude ever!! Obviously there was a bit of sarcasm there, and probably a certain type of sounding voice as you read that last bit, but just because you meditate or have tried it does not mean that you have a firm grasp on it yet or that it doesn’t get you annoyed at times. This sucks!”

Want vs Having

If you say you “want” to be calm, happy, etc… then you will always “want” to be happy, calm, etc… If you pay attention to your words and always say things in the affirmative such as “I Am Calm” then you are owning your words and telling the universe who and what you are. You are calm, beautiful, wonderful, and peaceful
